Welscorp, Inc., Vegas Basketball Club, LLC., Las Vegas Football Club, LLC, Boston Biometrics LLC, Sports Psychometrics, LLC., ESA, Ltd., No-More-Bad Hires, Inc., all run by John F. Thomas, III (aka Johnathan West) and Thomas Becker. All of these related entities, including Thomas and Becker as individuals, are currently debtors in a consolidated Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada before Chief Bankruptcy Judge August B. Landis (Case No. BK-S-19-18056-ABL).
